Russell B. Rising 77 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Pickering House. He was born to the late George R. and Jane Ellen Rising on May 29, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio.He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doreen Rising; sister, Susan A. Rising of Worthington; brother, Philip A. Rising of Columbus; step-sister, Leigh R. (Jeff) Miltimore of Buckeye Lake; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Estella (Ray Watford) Jordan of Hilliard, Frank (Debbie) Poling of Lancaster and Sherry Cooley of Lewis Center, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Russell was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Eva Cooley.Russell was a member of Combined Organizations of Numismatic Error Collectors of America (CONECA), Central Ohio Numismatic Association (CONA), and the American Numismatic Association (ANA).
