Patricia M. Host-Frank 77 of McConnelsville, Ohio formerly of The Plains and Rockbridge passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Riverside Nursing Home. She helped a lot of children with her foster care program and enjoyed making jewelry.Patricia is survived by her husband, Bruce Frank of McConnelsville and several nieces and nephews.
